Four must know tips for sunscreen.
Choosing the right sunscreen can help reduce the risk of cancer. It is an important tool in the fight against skin cancer, including melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer. - SPF 30 or higher
- Broad Spectrum, which means the sunscreen protects the skin from Ultraviolet A (UVA) and Ultraviolet B (UVB) rays, both of which can cause cancer
- One ounce of sunscreen, that's enough to fill a shot class, is the amount needed to cover the exposed parts of the body
